IT Delivery

A team that stays past the handover.

Once a role or a team is staffed, someone still has to run the project. We embed delivery pods — or a single accountable lead — to carry work from business case through to go‑live, reporting into your governance rather than around it.

Delivery pods

A small, fixed team — typically a delivery lead, one or two engineers, and a business analyst — assembled for a specific piece of work and released when it lands.

Legacy modernisation

Migrating agencies off unsupported platforms and case management systems without breaking the reporting obligations built on top of them — the kind of work our directors led at DFAT, delivering more than 15 applications, including seven that went from request to go‑live within a month.

Governance fit

We report into your existing steering committee and status cadence rather than introducing a parallel process, so oversight doesn’t double as extra meetings.

How a delivery engagement runs

We start with a short discovery to confirm scope, dependencies, and the definition of done — short enough that it doesn’t become its own project, thorough enough that the statement of work is accurate.

Delivery pods are staffed from the same bench used for our recruitment placements, so the people carrying your project already understand the panel, procurement and clearance constraints your organisation operates under.

Engagements end with a documented handover to your internal team, including runbooks and a support taper, rather than a sudden exit once the go‑live date passes — the approach our directors used to transfer lasting capability at agencies like DAFF.
