Kora Advisory was founded by directors who, between them, bring more than 50 years of IT delivery experience across government and industry. We’ve spent over a decade helping agencies including ASD, DAFF, Defence, DFAT, AUSTRAC, MoAD and Services Australia — and private sector clients such as Nufarm — plan, lead, and embed complex ICT and business transformation programs.
That depth of experience means we’ve already seen the problems that derail programs. Every client’s challenge is different, and our experience is what lets us identify the right solution for it, rather than reaching for a one‑size‑fits‑all playbook.

The majority of our directors’ experience sits inside government — understanding how a statement of work is scored, which clearance sponsor pathway applies, how a rate card interacts with a fixed‑price deliverable. We bring that same rigour to private sector clients, including work across telecommunications, resources and retail, where the same delivery discipline applies under a different set of rules.
How we’re structured
Recruitment, advisory, and delivery sit as three distinct services under one roof, so advice on whether to hire at all is never shaped by whether it lands us a placement fee. Clients regularly use one service without the other two.
